  1. You can’t avoid stress especially in business or you’re doing a task. It becomes worst if the job is taking most of your time but you wanted to rest already. But I believe as well that if you love what you do, it’s doesn’t feel like work anymore. You’ll just enjoy what you do.     It’s amazing how much of a negative effect mere stress can have on a business or organization. Fixing it ultimately comes down to having a strong leader who can whip things back into shape. And even then, fixing it can still be quite a task! It’s best to just never let the stress build up in the first place.
